“Supplier”- The manufacturer, importer or distributor that supplies products to the retailer

“Retailer”- The retail store/business whose name appears on the front home page who sells products to the consumer

“Consumer”- Customer who purchases goods and services for personal use

The Site

This Site is an on-line retail store where potential buyers can choose from thousands of products including wheels and tyres. Products can be either delivered to the customers preferred address or a pick-up from our Bayswater store can be arranged.

Consumer Information

This is an Australian website and all prices are in Australian dollars. Prices shown include Australia Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Delivery

All orders are promptly dispatched using well known, trustworthy freight and postage companies including Hunter Express. Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the product and your location. The correct shipping costs will be calculated by us. We advise you to call our office for any questions or a quote on delivery charges.
If you choose to have your purchase(s) delivered to your home, please allow between 2-7 days for delivery. Naturally, this depends on your location, the time of year and the size of your purchase.
If you choose to pick-up your purchase from our store, you will be advised when the item is ready to be picked up. If the item is in stock at the time of purchase, you will be notified within 4-18 hours. If the item is not in stock, we will have the product(s) shipped to our store and you will be notified of its availability. This process may take 2 days or more depending on the availability of stock.

We try our hardest to do everything possible to ensure our customers an enjoyable and rewarding experience. By buying your goods from a retailer with our experience, you will benefit from the tyre knowledge and experience that only we can provide.
We try to ensure that all products listed on our website are available and that the product details are true and accurate.

Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and notify us of your issues. We will try to find a solution for you or provide additional assistance.

If the product was wrong and the fault was by the retailer shop we accept if the customer want to return the product. If the customer ordered the wrong product, we might be able to accept the return with imposing some penalty.

In case it was decided to return the products if they were picked-up from our store, please return the items to our shop, where we will raise a receipt form and you will be credited by the banking or payment service that you chose at time of purchase or provided with a replacement product.

If the item was delivered to your home, you are required to return the item to our warehouse or store. You will be advised of the address details. If you chose the item in error, you will need to pay for the return postage. If the item was incorrectly supplied or faulty, we are happy to pay for or reimburse you for the postal charges.
